Buckhorn Grove

About The Project

The style of this home is low country, however it sits on a 400 foot cliff with an incredible view. The owner wanted a lot of natural light and this home sits in the treetops. It was a challenge to build the home to to the site and the amount of steel that needed to be used to reinforce the elevated main level on the rear end of the home.

The windows are stained wood. The floors are made up of reclaimed white oak and there are marble tops and tiles in the master suite. The office is located off the wet bar area in the kitchen. The fireplace is limestone and they have stained wood beams and trim on the exterior. This home also features a hallway that looks like an old enclosed dog trot and an eat-in breakfast nook off the den with an amazing view.
