This owner typically lives over-seas for a majority of the year or out of New York state the other part of the year. This caused the production of the project to take considerably longer to construct than what is typical.
Our client is originally from Alabama and this house is on their beautiful family farm of which has been in their family for over 100 years. The goal and theme of this home were to make it look as if an old farmhouse that had been nestled in the hillside for centuries with sections such as a Sunroom, Connector, and Guest Suite that had been added on over the years.
