For his whole life, the owner of this waterside retreat dreamed of building a home overlooking Lake Logan Martin. His vision was to create a haven where his entire family, including numerous grandchildren, could gather. When he came to us about bringing this dream to life, we were thrilled.

This rustic-meets-industrial residence is anchored on a lush point of land that slopes to the water. Expansive windows flood each of the great rooms with natural light and gorgeous views of the lake and sky.

Sturdy cedar beams and hewn Texas sandstone comprise this dwelling’s exterior walls. Inside, smart home integration allows everything to be controlled remotely from a mobile device. A steel and timber main stairwell graces the front entrance, but anyone who prefers can use the home’s interior elevator. The main kitchen features concrete countertops and adjoins an open room designed for large gatherings. An outdoor kitchen extends to a spacious patio and pool complete with a waterslide for the kids.

The process from starting construction to selecting final decor touches to moving in took less than a year, and this large family is already enjoying their time together by the lake. We are excited for the many happy memories this home will cherish.
